Athletics & Activities Blog – January 29

ES After School Activities Begin Monday!

Session 3 Elementary School ASAs will begin Monday, February 1 and will run through Friday, April 2. Due to the Students Without Borders program February 1-5, Middle School/High School ASAs will be postponed by one week and will begin on Monday, February 8.  Although most of the ASAs will still take place virtually, there will be a few chances for on-campus activities for those who are interested.

If you missed out on ASA registration this week, please check out the Session 3 ASA Packet and then email Ms. Hnin K Khine in the Athletics & Activities office to sign up.  There are still spaces available in many programs.

Parents and students will receive an email on Saturday, January 30 confirming the ASAs that have been selected for the upcoming session.  Zoom links for virtual programs will be shared at that time.  Some programs still have waiting lists and we are working to get those programs expanded.  We will you know if your child is able to be removed from a waiting list.

ISY Facilities Update for February

Due to the Students Without Borders program taking place next week and in-person MS/HS ASAs starting January 8th, outdoor facilities registration will be limited to Monday through Friday 4-6pm and 8am-6pm weekends.  The ISY pool will have limited lap swimming availability due to swim team practices and ASAs.  The weight room and fitness area will still be available for regular use.

Please use the following link to reserve a space. If there is a space and time that does not appear on the form, then it has been blocked for a program or filled by other users.  Facility Reservation Form
