Every year the ISY Elementary School put on a concert before the Christmas break and this year was one not to be missed. 

This year’s theme was about animals and was also tied in to one of the school’s Service Learning groups ‘Animal Shelter’.  A member of the ISY staff, Ms. Just set up an animal shelter a few years ago for dogs and the Service Learning group ‘Animal Shelter’ supports the shelter.  As well as songs about animals students did brief speeches about what it would be like to be a street dog in Myanmar and gave tips for people interested in rescuing a street dog.  The evening was a great success.  There is a full video of the concert on our YouTube Channel and below is a video of one of the songs.
