Dear Parents,
Next week will be filled with excitement as our High School Students depart for their Week-Without-Walls adventure and our Middle School Students prepare for their Learning Journey and STEM fair on December 13, 2019. If your child is in Middle School, please plan on attending the STEM fair between 12:00-1:30 PM in the SAS Gym.
This Saturday, ISY will be hosting our annual Sports-a-Thon from 8:30-10:30 AM. This is a family event that everyone is encouraged to participate in. The annual sports-a-thon is a fun event that is designed to raise money for the Wan Kaung village School. This year’s ISY goal is to raise $10,000 to pay for materials, furniture and the teachers’ salaries. The Sports-a-Thon is a fun way to get some exercise, hang out with your family and friends and raise money for a good cause.
Secondary School Music Concert: Please join us this evening for our traditional music concert. The show starts at 5:30 PM.
Week-Without-Walls: Earlier this week students and parents were reminder by email of the departures and arrivals of their child’s WWW adventure. Please look for this email (Sent on 12/05) if you are looking for the packing list or itinerary. Just a reminder that students depart on Sunday and will return on Thursday. Friday is no school for high school students.
