Exciting ES Basketball Game at YIS: A Fantastic Performance by Our ASA Team! 🏀
This week, our Elementary School ASA Basketball team had the privilege of competing against YIS, and what an incredible game it was! Our students showcased their talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the match, and we couldn’t be more proud of how they represented ISY on the court. 🌟
From the very first whistle, it was clear that our players were ready to give their best. Each athlete brought their A-game, supporting one another and working together as a cohesive unit. The energy was electric, with the team pushing themselves to perform at their highest level. Even when the game got tough, their positive attitude and perseverance never wavered—traits that truly define great sportsmanship.
It’s not just about the scores or the wins; it’s about the experience. Our ASA Basketball team learned valuable lessons about teamwork, resilience, and commitment. And most importantly, they had fun doing it!
Looking ahead, we are excited for more games and opportunities to watch our players grow and develop as athletes and individuals. With such a strong start, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season holds!
A big thank you to our fantastic coaches, supporters, and the YIS team for making this event such a memorable one. Here’s to many more games, and even more growth and excitement as our team continues to build on this momentum. 🎉
Go ISY!

ISY vs. Leopards – Game Summary
Leopards 18, ISY 7
ISY got off to a strong start, batting first and scoring three runs in the opening inning. However, the Leopards responded with three runs of their own in the same inning, and from there, they gained momentum, scoring more runs over the next few innings. ISY had another solid inning where they scored 4 more runs, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Leopards’ lead.
Despite the loss, there were several standout moments for ISY. The boys showed great effort, hitting the ball well, although most hits went directly to the defense. Arjun pitched well throughout the game, keeping the team in the fight. Ty had a couple of fantastic catches, showing impressive defensive skills.
While the result didn’t go ISY’s way, the team displayed sportsmanship and resilience, and we look forward to more games ahead!
