New Touch Pads and Scoreboard Elevate Our Swim Program
This week, we were excited to unveil our brand-new touch pads and scoreboard at the pool, a significant upgrade for our swim program that was put to the test during our most recent swim meet. The new technology not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of our events but also enhances the overall experience for our students and the entire ISY community.
During the meet, it was incredible to see how the touch pads immediately recorded times, providing instant feedback for swimmers and coaches alike. The scoreboard, with its clear, real-time updates, allowed parents, spectators, and students to follow the action closely—something that truly elevates the energy and excitement of the competition.
The new setup doesn’t just streamline the meet logistics; it also strengthens our swimmers’ experience. Being able to instantly see their times on the board and compare their progress is both motivating and rewarding. It’s an experience that adds an extra layer of professionalism and excitement to our swim events, making them more engaging for everyone involved.
For our students, this upgrade is a big deal. It gives them the opportunity to see how far they’ve come, track their progress, and experience the thrill of competition in a more dynamic environment. We are so excited for the potential this holds to continue improving our swim program and to provide our athletes with the best possible experience.
We look forward to hosting many more exciting competitions with this new setup and continuing to elevate our sports programs here at ISY.
