Greetings, ISY Community,

Elementary School Football Highlights and Upcoming Excitement

Last Wednesday, our Elementary School football team showcased their skills and teamwork in an exciting match against ISM. The game was a wonderful demonstration of the players’ growing confidence and dedication, as they navigated the field with precision and enthusiasm. Every player contributed to the success of the game, showing excellent sportsmanship and collaboration. It was a proud moment for ISY as our young athletes represented the school with pride and determination. Congratulations to the team for their hard work and a successful game!

Looking ahead, we’re excited to host our next ES football game right here at ISY this coming Wednesday. The team is ready to bring the same energy and focus to the home field as they take on ISM once again. We hope to see lots of supporters cheering on our Chinthes and celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship that makes ISY so special.

Let’s come together to support our team and enjoy another fantastic match of football! Go, Chinthes!

The Spirit of Friendly Competition

At ISY, our athletics program is built on more than just skill and strategy. While competing at a high level and striving for success are important, we place an equal—if not greater—emphasis on the values that define our community: sportsmanship, respect, and the joy of shared experiences.

Friendly competition means celebrating every moment that fosters growth, camaraderie, and learning. It’s not just about the score at the end of the game; it’s about the way we play, the way we treat our opponents, and the way we handle challenges, both on and off the field.

In this league, every game is an opportunity to create lasting connections and encourage one another. By showing respect and humility in victory, and resilience and positivity in defeat, we demonstrate what it truly means to be part of a community that values inclusion and belonging.

We believe in fostering an environment where players can grow into leaders—athletes who not only excel but also lift others up. By practicing empathy, celebrating the courage to be honest, and focusing on the collective experience rather than individual moments, we build a foundation of character that extends far beyond the playing field.

We are incredibly proud of our SEASAC Golf Team, who not only competed with excellence but also earned the Sportsmanship Award. Their kind words, thoughtful gestures, and positive spirit left a lasting impression on everyone they encountered. It’s a testament to the values we hold dear at ISY and a reminder of the incredible community that makes these achievements possible.

Thank you to all our athletes, coaches, and supporters for helping us build a sports program rooted in character and connection. Go Chinthes!
