Welcome Back – What’s Next?
I hope everyone had a nice October Break and was able to take some time to enjoy the Thadingyut Holiday. This is the time of year when we appreciate a break from our busy school schedules but we also start to anticipate all of the upcoming events and activities. There is never a dull moment at ISY!
Community Education: Tuesday morning yoga update
ISY Tuesday Morning Yoga classes return this week at 9am in room 200W of the SAS Building. Instructor Patricia Corell is now offering a pre-paid option for classes. Check out her new flier HERE.
Athletics This Week
There will be some cross-over happening this week as MS basketball finishes their season with a B and C team boys tournament and MS volleyball begins. In addition, HS soccer and volleyball are adding competitions in preparation for their upcoming SEASAC tournaments in Singapore and Bangkok, respectively. Our athletes appreciate YOUR support so please come check out the Chinthes this week:

Swim Clinic Reminder
Just a quick reminder that there will be a swim clinic for swim team members in grades 1-2 on Saturday, October 26. Clinics are led by Coach Moe and will run from 1-4pm. If you have not yet registered, please register HERE.
Middle School Volleyball Registration Now Open
Middle School boys and girls volleyball will begin Wednesday, October 23rd. Tryouts will take place during the first two practices of the season. If you would like to sign up (or you are a parent who wants to sign up an athlete) please do so HERE.
ES Sports Update
ES Sports are continuing this week with three soccer matches at Thalun International School on Wednesday, Oct 23 for soccer players from G1-G4.
Practices for ES basketball will begin Saturday, Oct 26. If you would still like to sign up, please fill in ES Basketball Team Registration.

Welcome to the first day of Session 1 ASAs! There are many activities on offer this session and teachers are ready to get started. Please check your child’s Power School account for a complete list of their activities. If there is a fee associated with your child’s ASA, please make sure to pay at the Business Office before Friday, September 6th.
