To celebrate Earth Day, our Chinthe Communities worked together to create a piece of fashion out of trash.
All of the communities then showed their fashion at a Trashion Show! It was a lot of fun. Not only did we raise awareness of waste and its impact on the environment, we connected as a community.
Each Chinthe Community is made up of students from Grades 2 to 12. This is a picture of students from the Sittaung Community with their finished costume.
