      YAC Middle School Badminton

      Middle School Athletics

On Wednesday evening the ISY’s middle school badminton team traveled to ILBC International School for the Yangon Athletic Conference (YAC) end of season badminton tournament. This was a tournament involving Yangon International School, International School Myanmar and ILBC.
Our young badminton players had a mixed start in their opening games but settled into the occasion to record some good wins.
The evening’s results continued to be mixed for both our boys and girls teams. Ultimately our boys would come 2nd and our girls 3rd.
These were good results for our teams because a great foundation has been built for the next few years of middle school badminton.

      High School Athletic

The next high school event is the Yangon Athletics Conference badminton tournament. This tournament will be hosted by ISY. It will be played on May 18.

So far the group has covered two high school volleyball games and some of the high school basketball games from last year.
